Traveling in Europe

My brother was recently diagnosed with liver cirrhosis, and we are quite lost regarding the next steps. Traditional treatments seem to only manage symptoms rather than address the underlying tissue damage. We want to look into all available medical possibilities before settling on a long-term plan.
