Full payment to be made on the day of hire before vehicle leaves. 

Strictly to be used on Private Properties only. 

Vehicle condition report must be signed prior to leaving the premises. 

Harnesses and safety gear to be worn at all times when the vehicle is moving. 

No smoking, eating and/or drinking inside the vehicle.

Authorized driver not to drive distracted by gadgets or anything else that may cause distraction.

 Authorized driver is responsible for the rest of the passengers in the vehicle just as the driver on a registered road is. 

Safety helmets and goggles to be worn while vehicle is travelling faster than 20km/hr. Safety belt Harness to be used at all times by Driver and passengers while vehicle is moving. 

Trailer must be attached to vehicle whenever loading/unloading vehicle.

Vehicle to be loaded/unloaded off the trailer using the ramps In a slow and safe manner. 

While towing trailer, make sure to corner out wide so as to not hit kerbs and damage the trailers wheels and suspension. 

 Passengers to keep hold on nominated stability handles inside the vehicle.

 Do not take risks, Only drive in a manner where you feel safe and comfortable.

 Do not drive in a manner which will cause harm to you or the passengers in the vehicle.

 Do not drive in a manner which will cause damage to the vehicle. 

Do not do Jumps because vehicle may flip or roll on landing causing extensive damage.

Misuse of the vehicle may cause damage to the running gear. Misuse of the vehicle and Driving irresponsibly wild can and often will lead to vehicle being uncontrollable causing vehicle to flip over or on its side. Although the vehicle is fitted with a roll-cage, extensive damage will occur to control arms and roll-cage at the very minimum. This event will be considered an accident and the Authorized driver will be liable for damage sustained to the vehicle . The Authorized driver will be held liable for every other instance where damage is sustained to the vehicle and trailer during the hire. This includes the transporting of the Vehicle on the trailer to and from our premises. General wear and tear will be accounted for.

Authorized driver to drive carefully on bumpy terrain while the vehicle is on the trailer. 

The trailer is extra wide so be aware of other motorists on the road. 

The vehicle is not to be driven through mud so as to not soil the running gear/belts. Vehicle not to be driven through any bodies of water. 

Rock climbing to be performed slowly and in Low gear.

Vehicle not to be driven on bitumen, asphalt or concrete

Vehicle gauge to register no more than 8 hours of use during a full-day hire. Any hours in excess of this will be charged at $100/hour payable upon return of the vehicle. 

Bond will be released after a Vehicle Condition report is completed by our staff during return of vehicle. 

Vehicle must be returned in a sufficiently clean condition to facilitate inspection of the vehicle upon return so as to complete the Vehicle Condition Report.

 If the vehicle is returned in a dirty condition, an $80 cleaning fee will apply.

 BOND WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL VEHICLE IS INSPECTED. Misuse of vehicle resulting in damage will be assessed which may include but not limited to, an investigation or a mechanic to inspect the vehicle to determine the outcome and if misuse is proven, the authorized driver will be held liable. 

In the event of an accident, the vehicle is fully-insured with a $1k excess deducted from the bond if you so wish to proceed with a claim. If the claim gets denied the authorized driver will be liable for all damages. 

In the event where the vehicle needs to be recovered due to the misuse of the vehicle, the Authorized driver will be held liable for the relevant recovery costs.

 Authorized driver to be the only operator of the vehicle

Vehicle to be returned with a full tank of fuel. Strictly 98 unleaded only. Emergency 5l tank must also be topped up if used. 

Safety gear to be returned clean.

Any items used in Rear Cargo Box must be returned (check list inside lid)

Vehicle is fitted with GPS for security reasons. 

Vehicle also fitted with dashcams for liability reasons. No electronics are to be tampered with.

 No other aspect of the vehicle, mechanical or otherwise are to be tampered with. 

The vehicle is fitted with a winch to be used for recovery purposes only on the event of an emergency/ bogdown incident. Misuse of the winch will lead to damage of the winch motor and synthetic cable. Only use when necessary. 

The vehicle contains a First Aid Kit, Jump Starter and an Air Compressor for the tyres for your service and safety

Misuse of vehicle resulting in damage to mechanical components will have the Authorized driver liable for the repairs of the damage.

In the event of accident/incident, BUGGY BEAST RENTALS reserve the right to review the camera footage and GPS history to help determine liability. 

BUGGY BEAST RENTALS reserve the right to review camera footage whilst conducting and investigation in the event where mechanical failure has occurred due to the use or the suspected misuse of the vehicle.

In the event where the vehicle is used on State Property and you get caught by the Authorities and receive Fines or have the vehicle impounded, all Fees related to the recovery of the vehicle and infringements, will be the responsibility of the Authorized Driver, making him/her liable.

 The Authorized driver may also liable to reimburse BUGGY BEAST RENTALS (at our discretion) for the Loss of Time during the recovery process from the authorities. 

Insurance claims are only to be made in relation to Accidents/Fire/Theft. . BUGGY BEAST RENTALS reserve the right to deduct any outstanding amounts for repair bills, infringements, recovery fees, directly from the Bond held by us.
